PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling pressure of a continuous heating furnace is provided to stably correct the decrease of furnace pressure by the inflow of exterior air in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling pressure of a continuous heating furnace comprises one or more furnace and an integration learning controller. The heating furnace heats and extracts materials to be heated. The heating furnace controls the opening degree of a damper(27) according to the deviation between operation furnace pressure and the detected furnace pressure. The integration learning controller is driven at a start time point of the charging and extracting process of the furnace.

PURPOSE: A heating furnace material tracing method is provided to prevent input of a cold material or a hot material by displaying the kind of the materials put into the heating furnace. CONSTITUTION: A heating furnace material tracing method is as follows. Start point information of materials transferred to the heating furnace is input(S10). The kind of materials is classified based on the start point information of the materials(S20). A heating time of the materials in the heating furnace is set based on the classified materials.(S30) Screen displayed information is created based on the heating time and the classified materials(S40). The materials put into the heating furnace are displayed on the screen in real time according to the created screen displayed information(S50).

A modeling method for more accurately predicting only temperature of a wall used in wall radiation that accounts for most of radiant energy under circumstances in which an atmospheric temperature or gas temperature model is constructed is provided. In a method for predicting the temperature of a wall within a reheating furnace, the temperature of the wall modeling method comprises predicting the temperature of the wall by applying the temperature of the wall prediction algorithm, dTW(t)/dt=aTW(t)+bTG(t-tau)+c, suggested using the gas temperature from coefficients a, b and c having constant values determined by an experiment, and a time delay constant tau determined by response time of the reheating furnace as values that are concerned in, the temperature of the wall TW(t), gas temperature TG(t), and capacity and flux of the reheating furnace to be predicted at an arbitrary time point(t).
