Abstract:
PURPOSE: An incinerator is provided to easily remove particles attached to an exhaust duct of the incinerator without stopping the operation of the incinerator by attaching a particle removing device to the exhaust duct. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator includes a slag collecting chamber(110) for collecting slags and an exhaust duct(120) installed in the slag collecting chamber(110) for exhausting combustion gas to an exterior. A particle removing device is provided at one side of the exhaust duct(120) so as to remove particles attached to the exhaust duct(120) without stopping the operation of the incinerator. The particle removing device includes a head(40) installed at an inner portion of the exhaust duct(120). A blade(42) having a triangle shape is protruded from a front side of the head(40). A driving shaft(30) extends to an exterior of the exhaust duct(120) from a rear side of the head(40). The driving shaft(30) is movably supported by a fixing member(14) of a table(14). A bushing(52) is provided at the fixing member(14).

PURPOSE: A spray nozzle for a sludge incinerating melt furnace is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the melt furnace by simplifying a control and supply system of sludge and oxidizer. CONSTITUTION: A spray nozzle(10) for a sludge incinerating melt furnace comprises a sludge spraying unit(11), a first oxidizer spraying unit(12), a second oxidizer spraying unit(13), a circulator(14), and a controller(15). The sludge spraying unit is installed on an upper portion of the sludge incinerating melt furnace body to spray sludge carried with transferring air from a sludge supply. The first and second oxidizer spraying units are coaxially installed inside and outside the sludge spraying unit to spray the first and second oxidizers. The circulator is installed between the sludge spraying unit and the second oxidizer spraying unit to circulate the sprayed oxidizers. The controller is installed to an end of the first oxidizer spraying unit to control a spraying angle of the sludge.

PURPOSE: A sludge incinerating melting furnace is provided to minimize the discharge amount of molten slag with combustion gas in a swirl incinerating melting furnace. CONSTITUTION: A sludge melting furnace is composed of a first vertical combustion chamber(10) having plural supply nozzles(11,16) to supply sludge, oxidizer and air, and incinerating and melting sludge; a second inclined combustion chamber(20) connecting to the lower part of the first combustion chamber, having an air supply nozzle(22) and an auxiliary burner(21), and burning inorganic matters and incomplete combustion ; a slag cooler(30) mounted in the lower part of a combustion gas outlet of the second combustion chamber, and connected to the second combustion chamber by a conduit(23) to flow and cool molten slag with combustion gas in the second combustion chamber; and a combustion gas cooling pipe connected to the slag cooler to cool and discharge combustion gas from the second combustion chamber to the slag cooler. The discharge amount of slag among combustion gas is minimized, and the molten slag is prevented from being stuck to the conduit to improve efficiency.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sludge disposal device disposes sludge in sewage treatment facilities by solidly dissolving a heavy metals contained in the sludge in slag minerals to reduce a liquated amount of the heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A sludge disposal device comprises a dryer(2), a crusher(4), an air flow delivery device(7), an incineration and fusion furnace(9), a main burner(8) and a slag discharging device(10). The dryer(2) reduces moisture contained in sludge to 5 weight % or less. The crusher(4) crushes the dried sludge to 100μm or less. The air flow delivery device(7) delivers the crushed sludge to the incineration and fusion furnace(9) by a certain amount of air flow. The incineration and fusion furnace(9) incinerates organic matter in the delivered sludge and fuses the incinerated ashes and inorganic matter in the sludge together at more than 1,300°C. The main burner(8) supplies sludge and oxidizing agent to the incineration and fusion furnace(9).
