Abstract: PURPOSE: A concrete leveling device and a concrete leveling method for simultaneously installing a pair of boundary stones and a boundary stone support for public works, landscaping, a road, and a park are provided to remarkably reduce construction time by simultaneously placing concrete through a process. CONSTITUTION: A concrete leveling device for simultaneously installing a pair of boundary stones and a boundary stone support for public works, landscaping, a road, and a park comprises a base(10), a molding unit(20), an elevation unit, and a controller. The base has one or more wheels(11) and a handle(13). The molding unit has a hopper(21), and a form(22). Concrete is supplied to the hopper. The form receives the concrete from the hopper and places the concrete in a structure shape. The elevation unit elevates the molding unit to the level of the structure. The controller controls the operation of the elevation unit depending on the level change of the structure.
