Abstract: 본발명은탈황계통의설비의원활한운전을위해설비내가스쿨러및 리히터를세정하는장치에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는탈착이가능한복수개의브라켓이부착고정되고, 지면에서수직방향으로복수개설치되어열이교환되며, 그사이로가스가유동하여가스를냉각시키는가스쿨러튜브및 가스를재가열하는리히터튜브와세정튜브노즐이하부면에천공되어있고, 보조연결튜브가튜브피팅과소켓을이용하여연결되며, 상기브라켓으로지지되어하방으로배출되는세척수에의하여가스쿨러튜브및 리히터튜브외부면의오염물질을세척하는세정튜브와상부와하부에각각세척수가주입되는주입구및 주입된세척수를상기세정튜브로배출하는배출구가구비된세척수파이프로이루어져브라켓및 튜브피팅를사용하여세정튜브의분리가간편하여세정튜브와세정튜브노즐의세척및 세정튜브의교체및 정비가간편하고, 세정튜브하부의오목한형태와설치 10~15도각도에의하여세정튜브노즐의막힘현상을방지하고, 세척수분사범위가넓어짐으로써가스쿨러튜브및 리히터튜브의세척효과가높으며, 세정튜브노즐막힘현상을방지하여냉각설비전후단의차압발생을저감시킴으로서탈황공정에서발생될수 있는문제점을해결한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic shock absorber performance testing device is provided to perform evaluation under various input conditions and to perform a performance test according to structures of various foreign snubbers. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic shock absorber performance testing device includes a base (100), a plurality of inner support plates (200), two outer support plates (300), a guide shaft (400), a ball bearing (530), a ball screw (500), a servo valve, an actuator joint, a flange support, a load cell, a clevis bracket, a displacement sensor (700), and a cable carrier (900). The base includes a guide rail (120) moving a plurality of guide members. The inner support plates are moved along the guide rail. The outer support plates are installed and fixed on the upper part of the base on both sides of the inner support plates by a support bracket (320). The guide shaft holds a hydraulic shock absorber. The servo valve minutely regulates external oil pressure transmitted to a servo actuator (600). The actuator joint is connected to the outer support plate corresponding to the servo actuator and moved back and forth by being fixed on the upper part of the adjoining inner support plate.
