摘要： A method of establishing a clinical decision support system for SPC risk evaluation among patients with colorectal cancer includes combining cancer characteristics into a characteristic assembly of SPC risk evaluation; obtaining clinical data of first participants to establish a database of SPC risk evaluation; entering the database into a machine learning algorithm; using the machine learning algorithms to establish a SPC risk evaluation model; using a characteristic interpreter to analyze the model; calculating a risk value of each cancer characteristic; presenting the risk values in graphics to establish a clinical decision support system; obtaining clinical data of second participants and inputting same into the clinical decision support system; using the machine learning algorithm for comparison and analysis; predicting risk for SPC; calculating a risk value of each cancer characteristic; presenting the risk values on the clinical decision support system; giving suggestions of decreasing risk; and monitoring changes of the risk.

摘要： A crossbow includes a barrel having a flight section and a head. The head includes a main part and two extensions extending laterally from the main part. The main part is detachably connected to the flight section. Two cam units each include two first limb connected to the two extensions, and two cams. 摘要： A simulation laser training cartridge for dry-firing practice adapts to the wear condition of a given firearm and provides a convenient way of measuring the barrel erosion. The cartridge uses multiple adjustable interfacing parts that can be applied selectively and independently according to the condition of the barrel to ensure a snug fit in 3-dimensions. In a 2-unit kit embodiment of the invention, the muzzle unit can work with multiple chamber units for a multi-chamber firearm. The cartridge also includes internal modules for laser property management, status monitoring, movement tracking, memory, and communication to help a user manage the device and allow for advanced training applications. By changing the laser property, the laser training cartridge can work as a bore sight. The cartridge may further include a means to attach an external part, so the external part comprises a means to distinguish a longitudinal position inside said barrel.

A passage is defined through the magazine for accommodating multiple arrows therein. A slot is formed between the magazine and the flight groove. A string of the bow movably extends through the slot. An arm is pivotably located in the passage and includes a hook end which normally presses on a top-most arrow of the arrows in the magazine. When no arrow is in the magazine, the hook end is inserted into the slot and the user cannot successfully cock the string because the string is stopped by the hook end, so that the user is acknowledged that there is no arrow in the magazine.

摘要： ‘American Aroma 10’ is a new and distinct short-day cultivar of strawberry plant, which produces large, sweet and firm fruits with glossy red color. The new cultivar has a healthy plant with large, firm fruit similar to ‘Treasure Harvest’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 19,422) but is sweeter in flavor like ‘Treasure’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 12,414). ‘American Aroma 10’ is resistant to strawberry anthracnose fruit rot which is an improvement from ‘Treasure’ which is a good characteristic for organic growers. ‘American Aroma 10’ has high yield but is not as early as ‘Treasure’ when produced in central and south Florida. Because of its good fruit quality, firmness, long shell life and healthiness ‘American Aroma 10’ is recommended for fresh market in the Southeastern United States, especially for organic growers.
