摘要： A firearm muzzle accessory coupling device, system and method. The coupling device provides a front alignment taper and an intermediate outer diameter providing a plurality of successively alternating clearance recesses and pattern threaded lugs, wherein each lug provides a unique outward thread. The muzzle accessory provides a mounting interface socket having a plurality of successively alternating socket clearances and pattern threaded socket lugs along an inner circumference of a through bore. Each socket lug providing an inward thread dimensioned and adapted to receive the unique outward threaded muzzle accessory, thereby effectuating a plurality of compatible mating axial orientations between the coupling device and the firearm muzzle accessory.

摘要： A user configurable and maintainable firearm sound suppressor is provided. The sound suppressor is a magnum powered rifle suppressor that can be configured to provide suitable use on a high-powered rifle or a pistol. A mount interface of the suppressor can be replaced and a dual taper baffle can be removed and replaced with a pistol recoil booster system which allows optimal use for both rifles and pistols. The dual taper baffle and rifle or magnum mounting interface adds safety factor such that system durability and safety are not compromised. The user configurable and maintainable firearm suppressor allows the end user to have ideal firearm handling characteristics for a wide variety of firearms, reducing the need to purchase numerous sound suppressors for a collection of firearms. A novel two-part end cap allows disassembly of the suppressor and prevents inadvertent loosening of component parts during use.

摘要： A wire spring retained end cap for a firearm sound suppressor is provided. The discharge end of the firearm sound suppressor has a notched internal bore and a female threaded portion that receives a threaded male portion of the end cap. The threaded end cap has a channel and wire spring disposed within the channel. The wire spring biases a detent within one of the notches of the internal bore, thereby preventing the end cap from loosening during use of the firearm sound suppressor. The end cap is easily removed to clean or service the firearm sound suppressor.
