Abstract: The use of anethole trithione (ATT), or a structural analog thereof, in preventing, treating, and/or lessening the severity or progression of, a vasculitis in a subject in need thereof, in particular of Kawasaki and Kawasaki-like disease. ATT, or the structural analog thereof, may be administered before, concomitantly with, or after an additional therapeutic agent.
