    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method and apparatus for cleaning a wellbore. The method is designed to remove debris particles from the wellbore by suspending the debris within the wellbore and then forming an approximately helical flow stream in the wellbore to remove the particles. One apparatus includes a body with a flow channel and multiple nozzles connecting to the flow channel and extending to the circumference of the body. Each nozzle has a nozzle axis that bisects the circumference forming a nozzle axis-circumference intersection; the nozzle axis is not on a plane that is formed by the vertical axis and the nozzle-axis-circumference intersection.

In one embodiment, a system for treating an untreated aqueous fluid with a first concentration of a contaminant to produce a treated water with a second concentration of the contaminant, is provided, wherein the system comprises a chemical treatment subsystem comprising a chemical agent, wherein the chemical treatment subsystem precipitates at least a portion of the contaminant from the aqueous fluid; and a mechanical treatment subsystem comprising a centrifugal separator, wherein the mechanical treatment subsystem removes at least a portion of the precipitated contaminant from the aqueous fluid.

    摘要: Systems and methods for treating aqueous fluids and their associated methods of use are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method comprises providing an untreated aqueous fluid with a first concentration of a contaminant. The method further comprises chemically treating the aqueous fluid to precipitate at least a portion of the contaminant. The method further comprises mechanically treating the aqueous fluid to remove at least some of the precipitated contaminant from the aqueous fluid, and to produce a treated water with a second concentration of the contaminant, wherein mechanically treating the aqueous fluid comprises flowing the aqueous fluid through a centrifuge. The method further comprises placing the treated water in a first well bore of the well treatment operation.

    摘要: A tubing injector apparatus for use with variable diameter tubing. The apparatus comprises a pair of carriages which may be moved transversely and pivotally with respect to one another by actuating hydraulic actuator cylinders. A hydraulic control system uses relief valves to maintain a substantially constant pressure in the actuator cylinders when a tapered connector in the tubing passes between the carriages. A gripper chain in each carriage has gripper blocks to grippingly engage the tubing. A linear beam supports the gripper chain and has a plurality of resiliently biased segments therein to help maintain better contact with the tubing when the tapered connector passes through.
