Abstract: The present invention relates generally to safety eyewear and more particularly to a safety eyewear including a wicking device attached to the safety eyewear to remove or absorb perspiration. The safety eyewear of the present invention includes the wicking device attached to a frame of the safety eyewear to remove or absorb perspiration. In one embodiment, the wicking device includes a brow-bar, sub-frame, and wicking material. The sub-frame removably or permanently attached to the frame of the safety eyewear using a variety of means for attachment to the eyewear frame. The brow bar removably or permanently attached using variety of means for attachment to the sub-frame. The wicking material removably or permanently attached using a variety of means for attachment to the brow bar.
