Abstract: An apparatus includes a tool assembly. The tool assembly includes a tool device configured to securely receive, at least in part, a nut. An angled elbow assembly is configured to be positioned proximate to, and securely integrally extended from, the tool device. A linearly-extended elongated shaft portion is configured to have a first end portion and a second end portion spaced apart from the first end portion. A step-pad assembly includes a first side portion facing the second end portion of the linearly-extended elongated shaft portion. A second side portion is configured to extend from the first side portion. The linearly-extended elongated shaft portion does not extend through the step-pad assembly and out from the second side portion of the step-pad assembly.
