摘要： Cosmetic skin care method based on the application to the skin of a combination of the South pole of a static magnet and a cosmetic composition. Also disclosed is a cosmetic dual patch comprising a static magnet layer and a non-woven, transdermal, hydrogel or silicone sheeting patch carrying a cosmetic benefit ingredient wherein the two layers are adhesively bound to each other.
