摘要： A surgical instrument includes a first member extending along a longitudinal axis having a first end configured to mate with a head of a threaded member, the first end having a first configuration such that the first end loosely mates with the head of the threaded member and a second configuration such that the first end tightly mates with the head of the threaded member. The surgical instrument further includes a second member configured to expand the head from the first configuration to the second configuration. Methods of use are disclosed.
