摘要： Compositions and methods are provided for sensitizing neoplastic cells to radiotherapy. The invention provides aptamer-inhibitory nucleic acid chimeras that selectively inliibit the expression of radiosensitizing genes in neoplastic cells expressing a cell surface molecule that binds the aptamer.
