    摘要: With respect to each part at which a word included in a characteristic condition defining a characteristic text set designated by a user through the input device appears in text, the characteristic condition assurance degree calculating unit of the text mining device obtains a reliability of the word from the word reliability storage unit to operate a value of a characteristic condition assurance degree for each text by predetermined operation based on all the obtained reliabilities. The characteristic condition assurance degree calculating unit executes operation such that when a value of each reliability is large, a value of a degree of assurance becomes large. The representative text output unit outputs text whose characteristic condition assurance degree is the highest among texts whose characteristic condition assurance degrees are calculated together with its characteristic condition assurance degree.

    摘要: A perpendicular recording magnetic media with a partially-oxidized cap layer combines a second oxide layer with a first cap layer to form the singular, partially-oxidized cap. The oxidized portion and the non-oxidized portion of the partially-oxidized layer are sputtered from a same target and have a same composition of metallic elements. The Ms of the oxidized portion is about twice as high as the non-oxidized portion. The oxidized portion has a thickness in the range of about 5 to 25 angstroms. The layer composition may comprise CoPtCrBTa, with a Cr at % of about 18-24%, Pt at about 13-20%, B at about 4-10%, and Ta at about 0-2%.

    摘要: An X-ray CT apparatus includes a perfusion data acquisition unit, a perfusion parameter calculating unit and a perfusion parameter display unit. The perfusion data acquisition unit generate perfusion data by exposing an X-ray to the object with injecting contrast medium. The perfusion parameter calculating unit calculates perfusion parameters corresponding to ROIs based on time variations in density of the contrast medium for the ROIs. The perfusion parameter display unit divides a period to be a calculation target of the time variations into plural time ranges and sequentially displays images each including the ROIs. The images correspond to the time ranges and mutually different time phases respectively and are masked so as to make only ROIs at which the perfusion parameters show values displayed.

    摘要: A semiconductor device having a nonvolatile memory is reduced in size. In an AND type flash memory having a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells having a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of word lines crossing therewith, and a plurality of floating gate electrodes disposed at positions which respectively lie between the plurality of adjacent first electrodes and overlap the plurality of word lines, as seen in plan view, the plurality of floating gate electrodes are formed in a convex shape, as seen in cross section, so as to be higher than the first electrodes. As a result, even when nonvolatile memory cells are reduced in size, it is possible to process the floating gate electrodes with ease. In addition, it is possible to improve the coupling ratio between floating gate electrodes and control gate electrodes of the word lines without increasing the area occupied by the nonvolatile memory cells.

    摘要: The invention uses an adhesion layer of an amorphous alloy of aluminum. A first aluminum titanium embodiment of the amorphous adhesion layer preferably contains approximately equal amounts of aluminum and titanium (+/−5 at. %). A second embodiment of the amorphous adhesion layer preferably contains approximately equal amounts of aluminum and titanium (+/−5 at. %) and up to 10 at. % Zr with 5 at. % Zr being preferred. A third embodiment is aluminum tantalum preferably including from 15 to 25 at. % tantalum with 20 at. % being preferred. The most preferred compositions are Al50Ti50, Al47.5Ti47.5Zr5 or Al80 Ta20. The adhesion layer is deposited onto the substrate. The substrate can be glass or a metal such as NiP-plated AlMg. The preferred embodiment of media according to the invention is for perpendicular recording and includes a magnetically soft underlayer deposited above the adhesion layer.

    摘要: Perpendicular magnetic recording media and methods of fabricating perpendicular magnetic recording media are described. The perpendicular magnetic recording medium of one embodiment includes an interlayer, an underlayer, and a perpendicular magnetic recording layer. The interlayer is comprised of a Ni-alloy having the characteristics of being nonmagnetic and having an FCC structure. The alloying element for the Ni-alloy may comprise one of V or Cr, or may comprise one of V, Cr, or W. The concentration of the alloying element is set such that the concentration of the alloying element is high enough to make the Ni-alloy non-magnetic, while low enough to maintain an FCC structure for the Ni-alloy.
