Abstract: A composition for application to mammalian skin. The composition can include an emulsion comprising an oil phase. The oil phase can include (a) an acrylate polymer in an amount of from about 0.25 wt % to about 10 wt %, and (b) a silicone resin in an amount of from about 0.5 wt % to about 15 wt %; wherein (a) and (b) are dissolved in a non-volatile emollient oil.
