Abstract: A capsule for an aerosol-generating device includes a housing and an aerosol-forming substrate. The housing defines an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a chamber between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The aerosol-forming substrate is in the housing. The aerosol-forming substrate includes tobacco, an encapsulated flavorant, and an aerosol-forming agent. The encapsulated flavorant includes a matrix and a flavorant in the matrix. The capsule has a resistance to draw ranging from 30 mmH2O to 130 mmH2O.
