Abstract: An apparatus of a user equipment (UE) comprises one or more baseband processors to configure a set of resources for New Radio (NR) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) transmission over sidelink for communication with one or more other UEs, and to allocate the resources for transmitting one or more packets from an NR network to the one or more other UEs via the sidelink. The apparatus can include a memory to store the configuration of resources.
