Abstract: The present application discloses to a schedule information acquiring method, an apparatus, a device, a storage medium and a program product, which relates to the artificial intelligence field. The method includes: acquiring multiple subscription identification information respectively corresponding to multiple service instances; for each subscription identification information corresponding to each service instance, requesting schedule information corresponding to the subscription identification information from a first server end through the service instance; and sending the schedule information to a terminal corresponding to the subscription identification information. The method realizes synchronization of schedule information.
