Abstract: A vehicle transmission apparatus and a vehicle are provided in this application. The vehicle transmission apparatus includes a motor and a speed reducer. The speed reducer includes a speed reduction gear set. The speed reduction gear set includes an input gear, an intermediate gear, and an output gear. The input gear is connected to the motor. At least one intermediate gear is provided, and is meshed between the input gear and the output gear. Rotational centers of the input gear, the intermediate gear, and the output gear are not on the same line.
