Abstract: According to one example embodiment, an aircraft supplier feedback system includes an assessment engine and a transmission unit. The transmission unit is configured to transmit a comparison of a first-supplier characterization with an overall characterization to the first supplier and to transmit a comparison of a second-supplier characterization with the overall characterization to the second supplier. The characterizations are determined by the assessment engine based on feedback information associated with how a plurality of aircraft maintainers performed one or more aircraft maintenance actions.
