Abstract: Disclosed are a mobile communication method, device and system, which are used for solving the problem where a traditional mobile communication network is unable to satisfy the requirements of a future 5G network. The system comprises: a user equipment (UE) for sending an uplink signal; at least one access point (AP) for monitoring the uplink signal sent by the UE adjacent thereto, obtaining first reporting information according to the uplink signal, and sending the first reporting information to a local service centre to which the access point belongs for processing; and the local service centre being used for processing the first reporting information.
