The information about the image is transmitted to a second vehicle or a server.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus that is communicable with an in-vehicle device includes a detection section to detect a change of a specific feature at every predetermined timing based on probe information, the specific feature being a feature on a road and used in control of automated driving. The detection section includes a first calculation section to calculate a first index based on the probe information; a second calculation section to calculate a second index based on the probe information; and a comparison section to detect a change of the specific feature by comparing the first index and the second index.
