Abstract: There are provided a method for setting a sensor node and setting security in a sensor network, and a sensor network system including the same. A setting apparatus scans a near field communication apparatus included in the sensor node to obtain information on the sensor node. The information on the sensor node is transmitted to a gateway, and the gateway connects the sensor node to the sensor network using the received information on the sensor node.
