Abstract: A turbomachine component includes a first housing portion having a first end that extends to a second end. At least one of the first and second ends includes a first sealing surface having a seal receiving passage. A second housing portion includes a first end that extends to a second end. At least one of the first and second ends includes a second sealing surface configured and disposed to register with the first sealing surface. A seal member is provided in the seal receiving passage. The seal member includes a plurality of bristles that extend toward the second sealing surface.
