摘要： An adjustable kitchen utensil includes a first component having a first handle portion, and a first serving portion attached to the first handle portion by a first connecting portion. An embodiment of the adjustable kitchen utensil includes a second component having a second handle portion, and a second serving portion attached to the second handle portion by a second connecting portion. This embodiment has an attachment mechanism for attaching the first and second components. The attachment mechanism permits adjustment of the size of a serving surface of the attached first and second serving portions. An alternate embodiment includes a removable handle subassembly.
