    Abstract: An image capture device includes a first housing, a second housing, a first integrated sensor-lens assembly (ISLA), and a second ISLA. The second housing is coupled to the first housing to form an internal compartment. The first ISLA includes a first image sensor coupled to a first lens in fixed alignment. The second ISLA includes a second image sensor coupled to a second lens in fixed alignment. The first ISLA is positively statically connected to the first housing, and the second ISLA is coupled to the first housing indirectly via the first ISLA.

    Abstract: Breathable membranes for lens assemblies are described. For example, a system may include a lens barrel having an inner channel extending from a first end of the lens barrel to a second end of the lens barrel. The lens barrel can include one or more inner lenses positioned within the inner channel. The lens barrel has a vent hole in a side of the lens barrel that extends from the inner channel to an exterior surface of the lens barrel. The system includes a membrane attached to the lens barrel and positioned to cover the vent hole. The membrane has pores large enough to permit nitrogen gas to flow through the membrane and the vent hole.

    Abstract: In one aspect of the present disclosure, a digital image capturing device (DICD) is described that includes a first integrated sensor-lens assembly (ISLA) defining a first optical axis and facing in a first direction; a second ISLA defining a second optical axis offset from the first optical axis and facing in a second direction generally opposite the first direction (i.e., such that the second ISLA is rotated approximately 180 from the first ISLA); and a bridge member that is positioned between the first and second ISLAs to fixedly secure together the first and second ISLAs. The bridge member is configured as a discrete structure (i.e., as being separate from both the first ISLA and the second ISLA), and defines a longitudinal axis that is generally parallel in relation to the first and second optical axes.
