Abstract:
In a device for releasably connecting a furniture pullout part movably guided in a furniture carcass by a guide unit to the guide unit, the device including a device housing on which a control element is integrally formed and pivotably mounted via at least one solid body joint in such a way that the connection between the furniture pullout part and the guide unit can be released on actuation of the control element, at a distance from the solid body joint, supporting surfaces are provided for supporting the control element while preventing a relative movement between this and the device housing.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a device (10) for damping or decelerating the movement of parts of pieces of furniture which are movable relative to a stationary part thereof. Said device comprises a cylinder (12) inside which a piston (10) is mounted so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction and which forms working chambers (20, 22) filled with a liquid damping medium on the opposite faces thereof within the cylinder, the dimensions of said working chambers being modifiable according to the position of displacement of the cylinder. The liquid damping medium can be transferred in a throttled manner between the working chambers via overflow port (34, 38) or ducts (42) which are disposed in the piston (14) and/or in the cylinder (12). A piston rod (24) which is sealingly guided out of the associated end of the cylinder is connected to one side of the piston. The movement of the part of the piece of furniture which is to be damped or decelerated is transmitted to the piston via the outer end of the piston rod (24) facing away from the piston. A volume compensating mechanism is provided for compensating the total volume of the working chambers (20, 22), which changes as a result of the volume displaced by the piston rod when the same is inserted into the cylinder. The piston rod (24) is coupled to the piston that is provided with overflow ports (34) so as to be movable by a given longitudinal path while encompassing a non-return disk (36) in the end region facing the piston. Said non-return disk (36) is provided with at least one overflow port (38), has a reduced outer diameter, and is moved into sealing contact with the facing piston face during a damping or decelerating working stroke while being displaced into a position that is spaced apart from said face of the piston during a return stroke. A spring (39) which biases the facing faces of the non-return disk (36) and the piston (14) into the spaced-apart position is arranged between the non-return disk (36) and the piston (14).
Abstract:
Arrangement for connecting a drawer frame (12) formed by a metal hollow chamber profile to the facing lateral edge of the associated plate-shaped drawer bottom (10), in which at least in part-regions of its lower end region opposite the end face of the edge of the drawer bottom (10) the drawer frame (12) has in each case a strip-shaped vertical contact web (26) for the lateral end face of the drawer bottom (10), and a supporting leg (28) which engages under the drawer bottom in the proper connection position is bent away from the lower end of the contact web. The supporting leg has integrally projecting from it fixing claws (32) which are pointed or sharpened at their free ends, project over the support surface of the supporting leg (28) and can be pressed into the material of a drawer bottom which is to be fixed. Each supporting leg (28) has at least one elongate punched-out slot (30) which is closed all round in its region between the strip-shaped contact web (26) and its free edge. The fixing claws (32) are attached integrally to one of the edges of the punched-out slot (30) and are extensions formed out of the material of the supporting leg (28) itself which are bent round substantially at right angles in the direction of the drawer bottom (10).
Abstract:
Pull-out guide (10) for drawers and other furniture parts which can be pulled out of the carcass of a piece of furniture with a running rail (14) which can be fixed on the drawer or on the furniture part and a carcass rail (12) which can be fixed on the furniture carcass as well as—if appropriate—a central rail (16) which is provided between these two rails. The rails are guided so as to be longitudinally displaceable relative to one another by load-transmitting anti-friction bearings which are in each case retained rotatably in cages (22). The anti-friction bearings are constructed in a manner which is known per se as cylindrical rollers (30; 34) which are retained in the associated cage (22) so as to be rotatable transversely with respect to the pull-out direction about a horizontal or vertical axis in each case, and which can roll on elongate planar tracks constructed on the respectively associated rails. At least some of the rollers (30) which are mounted so as to be rotatable about the horizontal axis are disposed in the respectively associated cage (22) so as to be offset with respect to one another laterally in the direction of their longitudinal central axes relative to other rollers (30) which are mounted in the same cage (22) so as to be rotatable about the horizontal axis.
Abstract:
A pull-out guide for drawers comprises a carcass rail, a central rail mounted displaceably in relation to the latter, and a pull-out rail mounted displaceably in relation to the central rail. The movement of the central rail is synchronized by a control roller. The control roller with a hard body and a soft body is mounted on a spindle which is elliptical in cross section.
Abstract:
A hollow chambered metal drawer side slide for a drawer includes two drawer side slide components, one of which is arranged inside the other forming overlapping wall areas, and the drawer side slide components are connected in the wall areas by a jointed flange connection.
