Abstract: In example implementations, an apparatus comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The instructions when executed by the processor cause the processor to receive a machine readable code generated by a retailer that includes transaction information, decipher the transaction information from the machine readable code, transmit the transaction information to a third party financial service provider and receive a confirmation that payment has been made to the retailer for a transaction based upon a match of the transaction information to additional transaction information that was sent from the retailer to the third party financial service provider.
