Abstract: This application provides a short-range wireless communication method and a related device. The method includes: generating a transmission frame. The transmission frame includes a frame header and a data domain, phase shift keying modulation is used for the frame header, and quadrature amplitude modulation or phase shift keying modulation is used for the data domain. The method includes sending the transmission frame. Abstract: Example wireless communication methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a Bluetooth sending apparatus generates and sends a first Bluetooth data frame to a Bluetooth receiving apparatus. The first Bluetooth data frame includes a first access code, a first synchronization code, and a first data field, and the first synchronization code is located before the first data field. When performing at least one of autocorrelation or cross-correlation, the first synchronization code provides a higher success rate of at least one of synchronization detection or data receiving than the first access code.
