Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a related apparatus, and a system for recovering a called service of a terminal. The method includes: when a called request of a user terminal is received, querying an initial proxy-call session control function (P-CSCF) entity with which the user terminal currently registers; if it is detected that the initial P-CSCF is faulty, selecting an available P-CSCF and sending, to the available P-CSCF, a notification message that carries a redundancy identifier, where the redundancy identifier is used to instruct the available P-CSCF to trigger the user terminal to re-register with the P-CSCF; and when a registration complete message sent by the P-CSCF with which the user terminal re-registers is received, delivering the called request to the re-registered P-CSCF to bear a called service of the user terminal.

Abstract: A method for managing a media transmission path includes: obtaining location information of a terminal; determining an application function user plane anchor device corresponding to the terminal, and an application function user plane edge device that has a minimum transmission delay, where the transmission delay is between the application function user plane edge device and the terminal; establishing media transmission paths between the application function user plane anchor device and the application function user plane edge device, and between the application function user plane edge device and the terminal; selecting a new application function user plane edge device when a location of the terminal changes; and handing over the terminal to the new application function user plane edge device. This method reduces a delay of a media transmission path, and can better meet a requirement of a delay sensitive service.

Abstract: This application provides a method for controlling a terminal to use a wireless network, a system, and a related device. The method includes: obtaining, by a network decision device, service information of a terminal, constructing network use indication information, and delivering the network use indication information to a network trigger device; and triggering, by the network trigger device based on the network use indication information, the terminal to use a wireless network corresponding to the service information. According to the method, an operator can assign, based on a service requirement of the operator, the terminal to use a specific wireless network, so that the terminal can use in time a wireless network that is consistent with a requirement of the operator. This helps improve network use efficiency for the operator, and can prevent a service of the terminal from being affected.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a called recovery method, including: receiving, by a target mobile switching center MSC, a provide roaming number PRN message sent by a backup MSC corresponding to a faulty MSC, where the PRN message carries an instruction for initiating paging to a called terminal through a mobility management entity MME; and performing international mobile subscriber identity IMSI paging according to the instruction, so that an MME to which a called terminal is attached controls the called terminal to perform circuit switched fallback CSFB to complete a called connection. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present invention further provide a mobile switching center and a called recovery system. This solves a problem that in an MSC pool architecture, called paging in a CS domain cannot be performed when a terminal corresponding to a faulty MSC is attached to an E-UTRAN, and improves paging reliability.
