    Abstract: This application provides a status notification method, an optical module, a network device, and a network system. The method includes: determining a lock status of a logical lane in a first optical module, where the first optical module belongs to a first network device, and the lock status includes a locked state or an unlocked state; and sending uplink notification information when the lock status indicates that the logical lane in the first optical module is locked, where the uplink notification information is used to enable a second optical module to determine that the logical lane in the first optical module is locked, the second optical module belongs to a second network device, and the first optical module is connected to the second optical module.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides an encryption/decryption system, an optical module, and a related apparatus and system, and belongs to the field of network communications technologies. The encryption/decryption system includes an encryption/decryption component, a first interface component, and a second interface component. The encryption/decryption component is configured to encrypt a first physical layer data stream from the first interface component and transmit the encrypted first physical layer data stream to the second interface component, and is configured to decrypt a second physical layer data stream from the second interface component and transmit the decrypted second physical layer data stream to the first interface component. According to this disclosure, a delay caused by encryption/decryption during data transmission can be reduced.

    Abstract: A system for implementing service function deployment includes an active apparatus and a standby apparatus for a first service, such as an active main processing unit (MPU) and a standby MPU. The active apparatus is configured to process the first service and deploy a first function module (such as a feature extraction module or an inference module) for a second service (such as an artificial intelligence (AI) service) on the standby apparatus. The standby apparatus is configured to process data of the second service by using the first function module. The second service may be implemented by using an idle resource of the standby apparatus for the first service.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data obtaining method. A first device serving as a network management device may generate a first message including a first keyword. The first message is used to indicate a second device to determine a first path in which the second device stores a parameter determined by the first keyword, and send the first path to the first device. The second device may be a device managed by the first device. Then, the first device may send the first message to the second device. After receiving the first message, the second device may determine the first path in which the second device stores the parameter determined by the first keyword, add the determined first path to a second message, and send the second message to the first device.
