    Abstract: A support device for the rotation of a high-capacity and compact drill pipe storage unit of a seabed drilling rig in a lying state, including: a rack, a plurality of curved support frames, a plurality of lateral drill pipe stoppers and a plurality of annular fences. The curved support frames are provided parallelly and coaxially on a slideway of the rack. A separating plate is provided on each of the curved support frames. A curved support surface of each of the curved support frames is in contact with a circular edge surface of the corresponding separating plate. The annular fences are mounted on the rack. Each of the annular fences is provided with a first gap and a second gap. The first gap is provided corresponding to the lateral drill pipe stopper. The second gap is configured to allow the drill pipes enter and exit the drill pipe storage unit.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a process for drilling natural gas hydrates with a submersible core drilling rig using pressure wireline, including: 1) placing the drilling rig in seawater; 2) adopting a suction-press core drilling mode in a soft sediment formation, a suction-rotary core drilling mode in a medium-hard sediment formation, or a pumping direct circle-rotary core drilling mode in a hard sediment formation; 3) extracting a core; 4) recovering an inner tube for wireline pressure coring; 5) tightening a holding seal cap and storing the inner tube in a pipe storage rack; 6) punching; 7) capturing an inner tube for wireline pressure coring which is hollow and disengaging the holding seal cap; 8) lowering the inner tube; 9) adding a drill rod; 10) punching; 11) repeating steps (2˜10) till the core drilling reaches a given drilling depth; 12) recovering the drill rod and the drill; 13) recovering the corer.

    Abstract: There is provided a wireline coring recovery system of a seafloor drilling rig, including: a winch, a rope, a submersible tension sensor, a cover, a main shaft and a catcher. One end of the rope is wound on the winch, and the other end of the rope is connected to an upper end of the catcher after the rope passes over a first pulley provided below the submersible tension sensor and then through a tapered hole on the cover. The catcher is provided in a center hole of the main shaft. The present application further provides a method of using the wireline coring recovery system. By the cooperation of the compression rod skewed teeth, the first rotating core skewed teeth, the second rotating core skewed teeth and the compression spring, the inner core barrel is readily recovered or released.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a pressure-retaining cap screwing and unscrewing device for a marine natural gas hydrate pressure-retaining rock-core barrel, wherein it comprises a cap-unscrewing chuck, a support cylinder, a pressure-retaining cap screwing and unscrewing head, a spring, a screwing and unscrewing shaft, and a pressure-retaining cap screwing and unscrewing sleeve, a reducer and a motor; an input shaft of the reducer is connected to the motor, an output shaft of the reducer is the screwing and unscrewing shaft which is a tubular structure with a plurality of guide holes provided on a side wall thereof. The device is simple in structure, compact, light in weight, and convenient to control, and the pressure-retaining cap can be discarded.
