Abstract: A packaging tray includes: a housing part housing a flat-plate-shaped member to be housed, including a glass plate member; a holding part covering the member to be housed and the housing part to hold the member to be housed in a direction different from a direction of the housing part; and a plurality of holding protrusions provided in the holding part, protruding toward the housing part, and each extending along a side surface of the member to be housed in an extension direction in which the side surface extends. The holding protrusion includes: a first region between a holding end surface that is an end surface and a center in the extension direction and a second region different from the first region. A shape of the holding protrusion in the first region differs from a shape of the holding protrusion in the second region.
