Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having flexibility, a display region including a plurality of pixels above the substrate, a periphery region on an outer side of the display region above the substrate, a first wiring arranged in the periphery region and extending in a first direction, a first insulation layer above the first wiring, and a second wiring extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction above the first insulation layer, wherein the first wiring includes a first bent part, the second wiring includes a second bent part, and the first bent part overlaps the second wiring and the second bent part overlaps the first wiring in a region where the first wiring and the second wiring intersect.

Abstract: An electronic device has a multilayer structure including a plurality of wires in multiple layers, and a conductive material on a surface of the multilayer structure for electrically connecting two or more wires included in the plurality of wires. The surface of the multilayer structure has a first recess. The conductive material is in the first recess and on the surface of the multilayer structure. The conductive material has an upper surface. The upper surface has a second recess corresponding to the first recess. The second recess has a bottom surface at a higher position than an upper surface of the uppermost layer of the two or more wires.

Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel which has a display area having a pixel array part including a plurality of pixels, a frame area arranged on an outer peripheral side of the display area, and a driving part formation area having a driving part which drives the pixel array part. The display panel includes: a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode; an organic insulating film which is provided in the display area and the frame area, and has an opening in a light-emitting area of the organic light-emitting diode; and a first inorganic insulating film formed on an upper surface of the organic insulating film in the frame area. The organic insulating film includes a plurality of pieces of organic insulating film which are divided in the frame area.
