摘要: Systems and methods for site-specific dosing of cellular cultures are provided. Some of the systems provided comprise at least two laminar flow channels; and an ablatable membrane that is disposed between the at least two laminar flow channels. Other systems provided comprise at least two laminar flow channels; and an ablated membrane that is disposed between the at least two laminar flow channels. Some of the methods provided comprise providing at least two laminar flow channels; providing a membrane disposed between the at least two laminar flow channels, wherein the membrane is selected from the group consisting of an ablatable membrane and an ablated membrane; placing cells into at least one of the at least two laminar flow channels; providing a reagent medium; and flowing the reagent medium through at least one other of the at least two laminar flow channels.
