Abstract: A heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) unit includes a motor configured to drive a component of the HVAC unit and a jacket disposed about the motor and comprising a cavity defined by a housing of the jacket. The jacket is configured to receive a flow of working fluid and to place the working fluid in a heat exchange relationship with the motor.
