摘要: A mold clamping device uses an electromagnet to generate clamping force. In the mold clamping device, a coil holding member holds a coil which constitutes a part of the electromagnet. A coil placement part is arranged in a surface of the coil holding member to place the coil therein, wherein the coil is embedded in the coil placement part by a molding material. The mold clamping device is able to cool the coil of the electromagnet appropriately.

摘要: An object is to provide a mold-clamping apparatus (10) in which the number of parts to be moved in adjusting mold thickness is reduced to thereby exhibit enhanced accuracy in adjusting mold thickness. The mold-clamping apparatus (10) includes a first stationary member to which a stationary mold (15) is attached; a first movable member disposed in opposition to the first stationary member and to which a movable mold (16) is attached; and a second movable member to be advanced and retreated in association with advancement and retreat of the first movable member. Mold thickness is adjusted by means of changing relative positions of the first movable member and the second movable member; thus, the number of parts to be moved in adjusting mold thickness can be reduced, whereby accuracy in adjusting mold thickness can be enhanced.

摘要: An object is to provide a mold-clamping apparatus (10) which can sufficiently increase accuracy of mold opening and closing. The mold-clamping apparatus (10) includes a first stationary member to which a stationary mold (15) is attached; a first movable member disposed in opposition to the first stationary member and to which a movable mold (16) is attached; a second movable member which is advanced and retreated in association with advancement and retreat of the first movable member; a mold-clamping-force transmission member connecting the first and second movable members; and a drive section for mold opening and closing, the drive section advancing and retreating the first movable member to thereby effect mold opening and closing. The drive section for mold opening and closing overlaps the mold-clamping-force transmission member at least partially. Since the drive section for mold opening and closing and the drive section for mold clamping are provided independently of each other, the drive section for mold opening and closing and the first movable member can be connected directly. Accordingly, the accuracy of mold opening and closing can be enhanced sufficiently.

摘要: The object is to provide a drive apparatus for an injection molding machine which can increase the responsiveness of acceleration at the time of start-up of a driven portion. It has a driven portion, a transmission shaft which has a screw shaft portion and an output shaft portion and which is connected to the driven portion so as to be able to rotate with respect thereto and which can advance and retract, a nut which threadingly engages the screw shaft portion, a motor frame which is mounted on a motor mounting frame, a rotor which is mounted on the output shaft portion, and a stator which is mounted on the motor frame. A rotor is mounted on the output shaft portion of the transmission shaft, so the inner diameter of the stator can be reduced by that amount, and the outer diameter of the rotor can be decreased. Accordingly, the inertia of the drive system can be decreased, so the acceleration of the driven portion can be increased, and the responsiveness of acceleration during start-up of the driven portion can be increased. Moreover, rotation can be transmitted to the transmission shaft without using a spline, so sliding resistance due to a spline can be eliminated.
