Abstract: A composition contains: (a) at least one glycolipid; (b) at least one taurate surfactant in an amount of at least 0.6% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition; (c) at least one amino acid surfactant; and (d) water. The composition can be used as a cosmetic composition with an improved stability. In one embodiment, the amount of the (a) glycolipid(s) ranges from 0.5% to 20% by weight, preferably from 1% to 15% by weight, and more preferably from 2% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
