Abstract: A solid anhydrous composition for caring for and/or making up keratin materials comprises a) 2 wt. % or more of at least one hydrophilic moisturizer, relative to the total weight of the composition; b) at least one non-ionic surfactant selected from glyceryl fatty acid monoesters and polyglyceryl fatty acid esters; c) polyethylene wax; and e) at least one oil. A cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up keratin materials comprises applying the solid anhydrous composition according to the present invention to the keratin materials.
