Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided in which a nanostructure are provided. The nanostructure, a first conversion portion and a third conversion portion of a color filter are positioned to overlap each other in a non-light emitting region, thereby reducing external light reflection and being capable of omitting a black matrix patterning process due to the absence of a black matrix.
