Abstract: Disclosed is a display device with integrated touch screen, which prevents external light from being reflected by touch electrodes without a polarizer. The display device includes an organic light emitting device layer disposed on a substrate, a plurality of color filters disposed on the organic light emitting device layer, a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed on the plurality of color filters to overlap a boundary portion between the plurality of color filters, and a black matrix disposed on the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes to overlap the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a non-transmissive area and a transmissive area, where the non-transmissive area has a first emission area, and the transmissive area has a second emission area. The display device further includes a first light emitting element disposed in the non-transmissive area and including a first anode electrode, a second light emitting element disposed in the transmissive area and including a second anode electrode, a thin film transistor disposed in the non-transmissive area and configured to drive at least the second light emitting element, and a transparent electrode electrically connecting the thin film transistor to the second anode electrode of the second light emitting element. Further, the structures of the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode are different from each other.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate including a first display area having emission areas and transmissive areas, and a second display area adjacent to the first display area. The organic light emitting display further includes a plurality of sub-pixels disposed in the first display area, and a plurality of transistors electrically connected to the plurality of sub-pixels.
