Abstract: A display device can include a first sub light-emitting element, a second sub light-emitting element and a third sub light-emitting element. The first sub light-emitting element includes a 1-1 hole transport layer, a 1-2 hole transport layer disposed on the 1-1 hole transport layer, and a first organic light-emitting layer disposed on the 1-2 hole transport layer. The second sub light-emitting element includes a 2-1 hole transport layer, a 2-2 hole transport layer disposed on the 2-1 hole transport layer, and a second organic light-emitting layer disposed on the 2-2 hole transport layer. The third sub light-emitting element includes a 3-1 hole transport layer, a 3-2 hole transport layer disposed on the 3-1 hole transport layer, and a third organic light-emitting layer disposed on the 3-2 hole transport layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a light emitting display device including a substrate on which first to third sub-pixels are provided, and first to third light emitting devices that are respectively provided in the first to third sub-pixels to emit light of different wavelengths. The first to third light emitting devices each include first to third intermediate layers between a first electrode and a second electrode that face each other. The first to third intermediate layers include a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and a blue light emitting layer in order on the first electrode, in which the blue light emitting layer of the first intermediate layer has a vertical phase higher than those of the blue light emitting layers of the second and third intermediate layers.

Abstract: A display device can include a display panel having a first display area in which first pixels are disposed, and a second display area in which second pixels and a light-transmission area disposed between the second pixels are disposed, and a sensor disposed to correspond to the second display area. One of the second pixels includes sub-pixels. The display panel can include a circuit layer, a light emitting element layer disposed on the circuit layer, and an anti-reflection layer disposed between a planarization layer of the circuit layer and an anode electrode of the light emitting element layer. Further, a space is formed between an anode electrode of one sub-pixel and an anode electrode of another adjacent sub-pixel, and a path of light directed to the sensor through the space is changed by the anti-reflection layer. Accordingly, the display device can minimize the amount of light reaching the sensor.
