Abstract: This display device comprises: a display panel; a module cover positioned on the rear surface of the display panel; an adhesive member coupling the module cover and the display panel; a substrate plate covering a first region on the rear surface of the module cover; and a control unit coupled to the rear surface of the substrate plate and controlling the display panel, wherein the substrate plate includes a contacting part that is in contact with the module cover, and a spacing part that is spaced apart from the module cover and forms an air gap between the substrate plate and the module cover. The thickness of the module panel and the number of components can be reduced, such that the manufacturing cost of the display device and the weight of the product can be reduced.
