Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for performing uplink transmission by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of: receiving a configured grant activation command for a configured uplink grant; based on there being a pending protocol data unit (PDU) associated with an identified Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) process, checking whether a configured grant confirmation medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) related to the configured grant activation command has been transmitted or not; and based on the configured grant confirmation MAC CE having been transmitted, transmitting the pending PDU.
