Abstract: The display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel for outputting an image, a panel cover for covering a rear surface of the display panel, a first part fixed to the rear surface of the display unit, a second part rotatably coupled to the first part, the second part being closely attached to the first part or being disposed on an installation surface, a hinge connecting a lower end of the first part to a front end of the second part, a wall-mounting plate separably coupled to a bottom surface of the second part, and a fall-down prevention member separably coupled to a lower end of the display unit.
