Abstract: This semiconductor device is provided with: a substrate which has, on a principal surface thereof, an input unit for inputting an alternating current power from the exterior, a ground connection unit for connecting to ground formed on the exterior, an output unit for outputting a post-adjustment direct current power to the exterior, and a semiconductor layer; a first Schottky barrier diode formed in a first region of the semiconductor layer so that a cathode electrode is connected to the input unit and so that an anode electrode is connected to the ground connection unit; a second Schottky barrier diode formed in a second region of the semiconductor layer so that a cathode electrode is connected to the output unit and so that an anode electrode is connected to the input unit; and a third Schottky barrier diode formed in a third region of the semiconductor layer so that a cathode electrode is connected to the output unit and so that an anode electrode is connected to the ground connection unit.

Abstract: A transmission line of an output impedance ZC with one end point connected to an alternating current power source; a plurality of phase shifters connected to the other end point of the transmission line; and an alternating current circuit connected to each of the plurality of phase shifters, with a branch into a plurality of lines, each of which has a phase shifter placed before the alternating current circuit that serves as a load. Each of the plurality of phase shifters has a phase shift angle and a characteristic impedance with which a real part of a composite admittance as viewed from the other end point is 1/ZC and an imaginary part is zero for a plurality of conditions of an input signal. This achieves impedance matching for signals of a plurality of frequencies and a plurality of powers.

Abstract: A microwave-rectifying circuit for rectifying AC power is equipped with: an input line into which AC power is inputted; multiple branch lines which branch off from the branching point on the output side of the input line into n lines; rectifiers which rectify the AC power flowing through the branch lines and are positioned in each of the multiple branch lines; and phase shift units which are provided upstream from the rectifier in at least n−1 branch lines among the multiple branch lines, and shift the phase of the AC power in a manner such that relative to the AC power which flows through one branch line and arrives at the corresponding rectifier, the AC power which flows through each of the other n−1 branch lines and arrives at the corresponding rectifier exhibits a phase difference of k×180/n°.
