A control unit (202; 350) controls the first motor and the second motor and includes a general-purpose I/O port (202c; 350c) and a motor-control-signal output port (202a; 350a). A motor-control-signal-output-destination-switching circuit (204; 310; 406) inputs motor-control signals (UH, VH, WH, UL, VL, WL) from the control unit via the motor-control-signal output port and selectively outputs the inputted motor-control signals to either the first motor or the second motor in response to input of a switching signal (SW).

Abstract: A rebar tying machine comprises a reel including a bobbin and a wire wound on the bobbin; a reel attachment unit to which the reel is attached; a feeding unit configured to feed the wire wound on the bobbin; a guide unit configured to guide the wire around rebars; a twisting unit configured to twist the wire around the rebars; and a detection unit configured to detect a type of the reel. The bobbin includes a body portion on which the wire is wound, the body portion having a first internal space into which the reel attachment unit is inserted; and an information portion that has type information indicating the type of the reel. The detection unit is positioned in the first internal space when the reel is attached on the reel attachment unit.

Abstract: In one aspect of the present disclosure, a laser marker includes a supporter, a movable portion, at least one laser optical source, a tilt sensor, a first actuator, and a controller. The movable portion is tiltably supported by the supporter. The tilt sensor is provided to the movable portion, detects a first tilt of the movable portion, and outputs a first detection value that indicates the first tilt. The first actuator changes a tilt of the movable portion with respect to the supporter. The controller controls the first actuator such that a center value of a first series of detection values and a reference value coincide with each other.

Abstract: The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying machine. The rebar tying machine may include a feed motor, a current sensor configured to detect a current flowing through the feed motor, and a control unit configured to control an operation of the feed motor. The rebar tying machine may be configured to perform: a feeding-out process in which a wire is fed out around rebars by driving the feed motor, a gripping process in which a vicinity of a tip of the wire is gripped, a pulling-back process in which the wire is pulled back by driving the feed motor, a cutting process in which the wire is cut, and a twisting process in which the wire is twisted. The control unit may be configured to determine a diameter of the rebars based on a history of a current value flowing through the feed motor in the pulling-back process.

Abstract: A rebar tying tool includes: a feed mechanism (24), which includes a first brushless motor (32) and performs an advancing process that advances a wire (W) and a draw-back process that draws back the wire (W); a first inverter circuit (212), which is electrically connected to the first brushless motor; and a control unit (202), which controls the first brushless motor via the first inverter circuit. The first brushless motor comprises a first Hall-effect sensor (180), which is disposed on a first sensor board (178). In the advancing process, the control unit performs lead-angle control on the first brushless motor at a first lead angle. In the draw-back process, the control unit performs lead-angle control on the first brushless motor at a second lead angle. The first lead angle is set to be larger than the second lead angle.
