Abstract: A heat-dissipating net structure disposed in a vapor chamber unit includes latitudinal strand units and longitudinal strand units crossing each other. Each latitudinal strand unit has a single latitudinal strand extending in a first direction. Each longitudinal strand unit has at least two longitudinal strands extending in a second direction different from the first direction, with the longitudinal strands passing over and under the latitudinal strand units and twisting densely in the second direction to form a plurality of crossing points between the longitudinal strands because of the twisting arrangement. The twisting arrangement of the longitudinal strands prevents unnecessary spaces formed between any two adjacent longitudinal strand units, improves the capillary phenomenon of working fluid within the vapor chamber unit, and facilitates the phase transition of the working fluid, thereby attaining the effect of dissipating heat quickly.

Abstract: A braiding apparatus includes a platform, a base plate, a core unit, a transmission unit, a track assembly, and strand carriers. The track assembly is divided into two braiding track groups each provided with transmission discs. The transmission discs of both braiding track groups are sequentially connected to define two braiding routes. The strand carriers shuttle on both braiding routes respectively and incessantly. Two intersection points are defined when the two braiding routes intersect. Accordingly, carrier strands fed by the strand carriers are wound around a core strand fed by the core unit while shuttling incessantly and are interwoven with each other while passing through the two intersection points during the incessant shuttling motion, thereby wrapping a multi-convolutional braided layer around the core strand to complete a rope. Each convolution of the braided layer has two crossing points, which increases the practicability of the rope.

Abstract: A braiding apparatus includes a base, a strand supplier supplying a core strand, strand carriers shuttling on the base and providing carrier strands that wrap the core strand and twist together to form a rope, a guiding pulley disposed above the strand carriers to feed the rope to a strand collector, and a control device having a driving source connected to the guiding pulley, at least one recognition unit arranged on the guiding pulley, a sensor disposed relative to the guiding pulley, and a controller electrically connected to the sensor and the driving source. The sensor counts the number of the recognition unit passing the sensor when the guiding pulley rotates to measure lengths of divided sections of the rope. Concurrently, the controller controls the driving source and the guiding pulley to have different rotational speeds, thereby controlling different braid densities of different sections of the same rope precisely.

Abstract: A heat dissipation net disposed on a base plate of a vapor chamber unit includes a base net portion and conduction units formed on the base net portion. Each conduction unit has a protruding area, a recessed area, and a curved section formed between the protruding area and the recessed area. When the heat dissipation net is disposed on the base plate, the existence of the recessed area and the curved section prevents the base net portion from being unduly pressed and stuck to the base plate to thereby improve a capillary action of the heat dissipation net. A space formed between each protruding area and the base plate facilitates the quick conduction of vaporized working fluid of the vapor chamber unit. Thus, the entire heat dissipation efficiency is increased.
