Abstract: A method and apparatus for populating a form with text relevant to past digital-assistant queries is provided herein. During operation, a device will store text related to all digital-assistant queries during a particular incident, and text related to responses to the queries that are initiated during the particular incident. At a later time, when a form is being filled out by an officer, the form will be pre-populated with the text related to the digital-assistant queries and responses. In one embodiment the text related to the digital-assistant queries and responses comprises text of the actual query and text of the actual response.

Abstract: At least one detected natural language phrase in audio describes at least one expected future object activity in a definable physical or geographic region. Abstract: A method and apparatus for creating a geofence are provided herein. Unique geofences are created on a per-person basis, and based on a prediction of how likely a person is to wander. In one embodiment, the geofence for each individual is centered on a supervisor. For each individual being monitored, the geofence has an area that is inversely proportional to how likely a person is to wander. In this way, individuals that are more likely to wander will have a geofence that covers a smaller area than those who are not as likely to wander.
