Abstract: Disclosed is a footwear insole for increasing comfort in high heel shoes by providing a base layer extending from a heel to a forefoot of a foot, and a raised portion prominent from the top of the base layer and situated substantially under an arch of the foot, in which the raised portion is configured to increase support of the plantar fascia of the foot.
